I just tried to claim "Be more alien athletic socks" and "Alienware arena socks". But the system doesn't allow me to finalize my claim; the error message is "All purchased units have been claimed". Also, I mistakenly claimed "Be more alien athletic socks" two times. Can an admin cancel these orders, that are sitting in "My rewards" but cannot be claimed properly, and refund me the ~4000 ARP spent on them please?

Yeah, they are awesome! This is the second time I am ordering them and I am OK if all of them get through and shipped. But I cannot finalize my claim.
