For the missing border and ARP, I found this response from an admin on Discord.
Cartire:
"We have indentified the issue effecting some of you around the daily login rewards.
We have records for everyone and will be distributing the missing ARP and Cosmetics over the next couple days. You may experience this bug again over the next couple days, but it will be fixed soon."

Just a reminder, don't take it as guaranteed. Like another AW admin said: "Remember everyone when I said "We don't say anything because when we're working on things people take it as a promise and then complain...." It didn't take long!"
