Sylphin Fission Blade Artifact available in a day or so, from rewards arp marketplace, for 900arp or less, its a good one if you aint already got it, gives upto a extra 12 arp per steam quest when fully upgraded(not quite as good as Pn 295 Unstable Battery Artifact that gives 15 extra arp). Standard issue for the Sylphin defense corps. Light weight for quick strikes. This Chaotic increases Steam Quest ARP.

Gonna skip this one, as I won't have enough fragments to consider putting any on it for a long, long time. Wish it was at least the better steam quest artifact, but really, I just want the twitch one.

Once I get(and upgrade) the good steam quest artifact, I will swap it after doing twitch. Swapping two would require swapping with either calendar or tos, and I'd rather not.
