I just tried to claim "Be more alien athletic socks" and "Alienware arena socks". But the system doesn't allow me to finalize my claim; the error message is "All purchased units have been claimed". Also, I mistakenly claimed "Be more alien athletic socks" two times. Can an admin cancel these orders, that are sitting in "My rewards" but cannot be claimed properly, and refund me the ~4000 ARP spent on them please?

What is with the opening time of the Game Vault? Why is it in PDT while PDT is not observed anymore in CA? Isn't 1 pm PDT = 12 pm PST ?

This happened last week as well; When I play "Choose Your Own Game" for one hour it doesn't get synced and I do not get the 15 ARP. Other games have been OK for me.

I was going to claim a prize in AWA marketplace when I realized I hadn't updated my mailing address. So, I clicked on close/cancel but the prized was nonetheless claimed. It is OK, I wanted that item but the mailing address in incorrect. What can I do about that?
